Our Supported Living model provides staffing up to 24 hours a day based on each person's assessed needs. Our trained Direct Support Professionals assist with daily living, health and safety, medication support, and personal goals — in each client's own home, in a secure and compassionate environment.

Individualized Support Plans
Each client receives a customized support plan tailored to their unique needs, abilities, and personal goals. Our approach emphasizes independence and self-determination, working closely with clients, families, and caregivers to create strategies that promote daily living skills, autonomy, and growth. Plans are developed in partnership with each person, their family or guardian, and their DDA case manager.
Additional Services
Technology Training
To empower our clients in a digital world, we offer technology training as an additional service. This training helps clients build digital literacy skills, making it easier for them to connect with loved ones, access information, and develop a greater sense of independence through technology.
Behavioral Support
In collaboration with our sister company, Ascend ABA Therapy Solutions, we offer access to behavioral support services for clients with complex needs. This includes assessments, behavior intervention plans, and consistent guidance to help clients manage behavioral challenges effectively. Additionally, our partnership allows us to extend these services to other agencies in need of specialized behavioral support.
